Returns and Delivery
Delivery
Because our products being handmade , the creation and delivery times may vary. In general, most orders are delivered within 10 working days. However, please allow up to 14 working days. We work closely with all our jewellers, and if, for any reason, delivery will exceed 14 working days, we will contact you.
We currently do not ship outside the UK through our website. Please contact us if you wish to order overseas and we can have this arranged.
Returns
We must receive the item within 21 days of receipt accompanied with a completed returns form. To receive a returns form please email us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging , with the receipt and returns form.
When you request a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return form will not be accepted.

Rings are not exchangeable or refundable. However, you can have them resized for a flat fee of £20. Simply contact us at info@gemie.co.uk with your order number, the item, and the new size you need (see size guide here). We will then provide you with a form detailing how to proceed with your ring resize order.
Earrings Regrettably, returns for earrings or piercing items are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. We prioritize product hygiene to maintain customer confidence in sterile piercing items.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and not received your refund, please contact us at info@gemie.co.uk
Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will refund any postage or shipping costs for items confirmed as faulty.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via email at info@gemie.co.uk to request a postage label.
Faulty items will only be accepted if they arrived damaged upon delivery. All returned items will be inspected, and if the damage is determined to be due to wear and tear, the item will not be considered faulty.
